Big changes to criminal justice system

Starting next semester, sociology and criminal justice majors at the University of Nevada, Reno can expect an increase in course offerings for their majors due to the creation of a new school in the College of Liberal Arts. The new school for social research and justice studies will serve as a single home for the campus' sociology and criminal justice departments, as well as the degree and research programs offered by the Grant Sawyer Center for Justice Studies.
